20 Songs to Run To
I’ve been listening to new music lately and slowly adding songs to my phone to listen to during workouts. Certain songs cause me to move faster and just recently I realized I needed to really revamp my playlist to increase my workout motivation.
Here’s what I’m listening to right now (and note that these aren’t all “new” songs. Some of them are new to my running playlist):

16. Heartbeat Song by Kelly Clarkson
17. Four Five Seconds by Rihanna, Kanye West and Paul McCartney (I was surprised that I love this song.)

19. Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars
20. Centuries by Fall Out Boy
That playlist can easily get me through a decent 35-minute lunchtime workout, or a 5k.

Great tips! Have you ever heard of the song Atchoo! by Orion Nelson. It’s an 8 minute song that kicks booty. My favorite song to run to. Pinned these. š
