seeing Green
This week’s You Capture gave us the option to choose our theme – green, hands or chairs. I went with green. Not that I was that creative with my photos, but they’re fine.
First up, I met Jane Green last week. My favorite author. Ever. I was hoping she’d realize just how awesome I am and want to be BFFs. I really think we could be friends. (And her name qualifies her to be a part of this week’s You Capture.)
(And you know what? Those two photos could pass for green, chairs and hands. I just realized that.)
And if you want really green, how about this plant that I finally planted along the wall of our driveway?
Not green enough? Well, here’s our garden too. Notice the squash that is taking over some of the lettuce. I need to correct that this evening.
My photos aren’t as great as last week’s captures, but hopefully I’ll be more inspired next week.
How fun, to meet your favorite author!
How lucky to meet your favorite author! I think Meg Cabot and I could be friends, too. Or maybe she’d just take out a restraining order. Who knows?
I’m glad you got to meet Jane Green. And squash is awesome but it likes to overrun everything around it. Sorta like tomatoes.
Ha!! Jane Green. That is awesome. And yes you are right! The photographs of her qualify for a perfect You Capture trifecta!! š
lovely you went to a reading! I love to do that!
You are such an over-achiever! All three themes on one photo š j/k! I love the shots
Great shots. How cool that you got to meet your favorite author.
I will have to check out Jane Green next time I am at the library.
How cool to meet your favorite author! All my favorite authors are long dead!
