It’s a hat-apalooza!

This would be a “what I made” Wednesday post, but I didn’t make these hats. My mom did! I did buy the Sesame Street fabric, though. Excuse the quality of my phone photos. Two were obviously forward-facing and that’s not the best quality to begin with!

A few weeks ago, I bought one Sesame Street fabric and about a week later I bought the second fabric (both from Joann Fabrics). I knew I wanted a sun hat and wasn’t sure what else I wanted, but the fabric was too fun to pass up (I also bought it for 50% off.) The kiddo claimed it as his “blanket” so we had to sneak it away to actually make anything.

I handed it off to my mom to create a sunhat and a romper. She made the first hat and he was obsessed. She dropped the second hat off over the weekend, and he insisted that I wear one earlier this week. I shot this photo before work on Monday.

I love them. He loves them. They’re a little big, so he can use them all summer (I hope!)

aw those came out super cute!
So cute! She did a great job!
