I headed downtown with my mom to check out Christine Kane – I love her. I did a podcast with her, as well (which was the most popular podcast in July – I hope you check it out!!) Again, Bele Chere officials put her on the wrong stage – no room for people to watch and she draws a HUGE crowd! But, I digress…
Christine is a wonderful storyteller. She’s funny and real. She’s a great musician. You can really connect with her songs – and I can’t wait for her next cd to come out. She’s so down to earth, and I feel so good about life when I listen to her music.
I remember first coming across her when I was in high school. My English teacher had us analyzing lyrics of music, and brought Christine in to talk to our class. Later, while in college, I remember seeing her play at Bele Chere – and I fell in love with her music. Check her out – she’s a wonderful singer/songwriter/person.
