Sunday wrap-up

We’ve had a good weekend. A little bit of relaxing, a lot of shopping (mostly grocery shopping), even more playing and a little bit of yard work thrown in there.

Oh, and I’m sick. I thought maybe it was allergies this morning, but as the day wore on, I knew I had a cold. Sucks. Hopefully I can kick it quickly.

I ran 7 miles yesterday and surprisingly wasn’t sore today. Go, me!

My mom took the baby for an hour today so I could work on our leaves. I bagged 6 bags of leaves (I mowed/mulched/bagged them.) Add that to what I did last week, and what my mom did this past week, and we’ve bagged about 16 bags of leaves. That’s just the back yard, and it isn’t done. Nor has the oak tree dropped all of its leaves. sigh.

I have two patterns cut out for two Christmas gifts. I’m on a roll! I’m hoping I can start assembling them tomorrow night and maybe have them sewn in the next couple of weeks.
