Seriously. I am so behind, but I have photos I want to share! We were in Florida a month ago and we were able to visit the beach a few times. My dad and stepmom live not very far (less than 4 miles) from the naval base, and we were able to go to the beach that was on base and avoid huge crowds. We were there over July 4 and I am not a huge fan of crowds.
The day we arrived in Jacksonville, we were still dealing with a lot of rain. So the first thing the toddler did was dump all of the mega blocks all over the floor and walk through them.
After the blocks, he went out into the back yard to run off some steam. He wanted to gather sticks and put them in the fire pit (which was not being used, so don’t worry or freak out over this photo.)
The next day we hit the beach. These photos say it all. He loves sand and water.
