So I’m considering running tomorrow – and running a long distance sometime next week (long for me at this point would be about 8 miles.) It’s kind of scary, but I do miss the longer distances. 3 and 4 miles are okay, but they’re over quickly.
I usually have a race in mind, but not right now. It feels good – I have my Saturday mornings back.
But I do kind of miss it. So maybe it’s time to re-introduce running (longer distances) back into my life?
