It’s been a while since the trip took place, and I never shared our photos!

We visited Chattanooga, Tennessee back in May and while we were there, we visited the Creative Discovery Museum. We were in luck – the Thomas & Friends: Explore the Rails! exhibit had opened the weekend prior to our visit! My boy is SUPER into Thomas right now. The entire museum is great, hands-on fun for kids of all ages.

We visited various stations downstairs, like the music rooms. We also checked out the observatory. I almost got both boys to look at me and smile!

We couldn’t get enough of playing our own music, and after I dragged an angry train-loving boy from the Thomas exhibit, we found ourselves back in the music section.

We spent about 2 hours in the museum, but could have spent 10 hours and the boys would have been going strong (exhausted, but going strong, I’m sure.)

The Thomas exhibit is going strong through September 13 and I highly recommend it if you’re in Chattanooga and have a train-loving child like I have. If we lived in the area, we’d have to have annual passes and be at the exhibit every weekend.
