time to back things up

It’s time for me to start backing up files on my computer. I went to download photos this evening from my week – and my computer erased the card. And then I remembered I have photos on this computer from 2007.
And none of those photos have been backed up on CD or DVD.
Could you imagine if you lost four years worth of photos? It’s terrifying to me. So it looks like I have plans for tomorrow. Just me and the computer and the DVD burner.
I hope my computer is ready for me.
