training Tuesday…traveling again

I’m traveling again. I’m not feeling great about my exercise this week. Let’s check this out…

Tuesday – Ran 3 tough miles on the treadmill, plus some abs work.

Wednesday – I had a work lunch. I did some walking after work.

Thursday – A lot of walking (in heels!) during work. Again, I had a work lunch and I ended up working over.

Friday – Jillian Michaels 6 week six pack. This is actually free to stream if you are an Amazon Prime member. I like it, and I’m planning on doing it a few times while traveling.

Saturday – Nothing. It was raining. I was cleaning and packing. Joy.

Sunday – Ran 2.5 miles. Not much, but it was something.

Monday – Nothing.

It was not my finest week. Here’s to better weeks! Oh, and I signed up for the Biltmore 15k next month. I better get a move on building my mileage!

  1. I am doing the Jillian Micahel’s 6 week to 6 pack and yep streaming it free. I have done it for 2 1/2 weeks and am already starting to see a difference. I will be switching soon to the harder work out part of it- so we’ll see how that goes.
