Guess whose internet connection keeps dropping? Thank you, Charter! (But, really, thank you Jesse at Charter who determined there’s radio interference on the cable line. You were only the sixth or seventh person I’ve complained to.) I’d love to make it through this latest stint with Charter, without having to replace my cable modem. Again.
We have a technician coming to the house late Tuesday to work on the lines. Keep your fingers crossed that they fix everything.
What kills me about this whole ordeal is that everyone (except smart-Jesse) keeps trying to get me to upgrade my cable. Now, why would I do that if they can’t get the internet connection working properly? Seriously?
I may have to come up with a letter to Charter. They really are annoying.
