Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake

Just a few ingredients

Start with your favorite chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, banana, milk and ice. A few ingredients will go a long way!

Add Your Ingredients

The ice can go in last. I like to put the powder on the bottom, followed by the milk, peanut butter and the banana.

Slowly blend

Increase the speed of your Vitamix slowly. This may only take up to one to two minutes of blending to be a smooth consistency.
