Wednesday check-in – week 3
This week has been a whole lot of healthy posts. Sorry about that. But another week has come and gone for the Holiday Hoedown, and it’s time to check in.
Exercise – meh. I had 172 minutes of exercise. I did manage to try something new (the Jillian Michaels “No More Trouble Zones” workout.) I’ve had the DVD for a while, and have only done it once. So it was almost brand new to me. I also busted out the Wii Fit a few times.
Water – Yep! The pretty water bottle is totally helping.
Fruits and vegetables – Definitely! And with the new Weight Watchers plan, it’s crazy if you don’t get enough fruits or vegetables in a day. I’ve had five today and I still have a lot of points left over for the evening.
Oh, and I’ve been thinking the entire day that my weight was up this morning. WRONG. Someone doesn’t know how to add or subtract, apparently. I’m down 0.4 pounds! That’s even after a weekend of holiday parties and Olive Garden breadsticks (couldn’t help it. My mom and grandma invited me out to lunch.)
Next week, we’re moving up in fruits/vegetable servings for the Tinsel Vixens. I think we’re also increasing our “required” work outs – to four, rather than three.
just remember how awesome it was to be in the top 5 on the minutes leader board last week. š hopefully that’ll encourage you to get those minutes logged š
