Want to know what excites me? Snow. Especially snow on the weekend.

Sure, this may interfere with my plans to go to the J.Crew distribution center for their clearance sale, but that could also wait until Sunday.

Last week, I found a snow shovel at Lowe’s. I went to Lowe’s to pick up the paint sticks (to stir the paint) and left with a new snow shovel. This would have helped us last month when we had almost two feet of snow and no shovel. I’ve been hoping for a chance to use the shovel, and even though we most likely won’t have a foot of snow this weekend, maybe I’ll get to break out the ice melt I bought last month? Seriously, I just want to use the stuff I’ve bought.

And I want to play in the snow. I don’t want to be trapped in an airport or risking my life to get to a wedding. I want to play. And I want the dogs to play in the snow.

So, bring it on. I’m ready.
