what a weekend!

I can’t believe Monday is already upon us. This has been a whirlwind weekend, with most of it being spent in the Asheville Civic Center for the Christmas Jam. I spent 18 hours in the Civic Center this weekend. That’s crazy.

I edited video from inside a closet and met lots of cool musicians over the course of two days. I was able to watch people such as Ben Harper, Michael Franti, Joan Osborne, Edwin McCain, Kevn Kinney, Audley Freed, Warren Haynes and oh-so-many others. It was exhausting, but fun.

I slept until 12:30 today (I woke up several times because I don’t sleep during the day very well) and we’re getting ready to go to a wedding reception at 8:30 tonight. I’ve wrapped most of our Christmas gifts, so I’ve at least been somewhat productive!

But, boy am I tired.

Lucky for me, I only work 3 days this week and then I’m off for 10 days. It’ll be nice (well-deserved) break.
