winter wonderland…in Asheville
While we were in Philadelphia, Asheville got hit by the snow storm. We happened to miss it by less than a day, and then it caught up with us in Pennsylvania.
There’s a bush on the side of the house that I want cut down. The snow is currently weighing it down and I’m hoping it broke some of the branches (terrible, I know, but it’s a pain to cut!) I think once things start melting, I may be able to get a chain saw and take it out!

Oliver and Sophie weren’t fans of this much snow. They sink into it and Oliver kept falling (I took him in soon after this photo.) I’m waiting for melting so they can play in less snow. On this day, it was pretty frozen, but if they made sudden movements (like running) they fell through the snow.
I’m happy to say that I’m now in an area that’s seeing 50 degree temperatures, and I couldn’t be happier.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours.
