yet another list
It’s been a long week, and it’s only Tuesday. This calls for a list.
the cat still doesn’t have a name. We’re back and forth between calling her Callie, Dr. Biden and Mrs. Garrett…..and we have even more names we’re calling her. Scout also came up. I kind of like that one. I also liked Laila, but the husband didn’t like it. Especially when I called the cat Laila Ali.
It’s been fun coming home to the cat! She’s super sweet and today she started to play more. I have some video, but seeing as this is a list and I’m not even on my computer, the video can come later.
We’re going to see Ani DiFranco on Saturday. I’m pretty excited about it.
I was more excited to buy Kelly Clarkson’s new CD today. it’s been wonderful (what I’ve listened to.)
I finished painting a nightlight for a co-worker/friend’s baby. His wife is due in May and I finished the nightlight tonight. Picture to come. It’s sooooooo cute! Lynde, if you’re interested in one for Vivine, I would love to paint her one! You can let me know once I post the picture.
Work was especially tough this morning. I’m getting a little tired of being snapped at and then treated extra-great. Either be mean or be nice, but stop with the mixed overreactions.
We swung by CVS tonight to check out our blood pressure. The husband’s bp has gone down in the past two weeks. Mine skyrocketed. Stress, anyone? I generally have low BP, so I need to work on that.
Freelance work has been fun lately. I’m meeting with another client tomorrow. I’m glad I have this outlet.
It’s late. I’m tired. Heading to bed.
