{you capture} flowers
Little known fact….I started a photography class last Tuesday night. Our “homework” was to try out some of the settings on our cameras, and I jumped on this when I remembered the You Capture theme and saw this one flower on my fence. Multi-tasking at its finest.
This first photo was taken with my phone. It’s an angel trumpet (which is enormous in front of our house, and I do NOTHING to help it each year.) The flowers are closed in the morning, and open around dusk. They’re super pretty, and I love the design of the flower when it’s closed.
This is a clematis that I bought this past spring on clearance. I thought it was dead and wouldn’t do much, and wouldn’t you know….I noticed the flower this week. Just one flower, but isn’t it pretty all wrapped around the fence?
gorgeous!
omg…I thought that angel trumpet was a paper creation! so incredible….my clematis hasn’t bloomed since July! Might be that I haven’t watered it!
I’m so jealous that you’re taking a class. All three of those are great shots, but I think I like the last one best.
